The THA Retirement Plan is designed to meet the retirement needs of hospitals and health care entities. Sponsored by the Texas Hospital Association, it is one of the largest trade association sponsored retirement programs in the United States with more than 15,000 employee participants.
HealthShare/THA is the Plan Administrator and has developed an efficient and low-cost retirement system for private and public health care institutions in the state of Texas. A board of Successor Trustees oversees the management of the THA Retirement Plan and has selected nationally-known investment managers to invest the assets in diversified stock and bond portfolios.
